Helicopter Crash into East River
"Helicopters have often been defined as inherently unstable vehicles. Everything has to work just right in order for them to be able to function as they're intended to."

"Their first objective was to make sure everybody who was in the helicopter got out safely and the second thing they would do is make sure the helicopter was secure so it will be retrieved for an investigation conducted by the National Transportation Safety Board. The FAA will take a look at it as well, but the NTSB is charged with the responsibility of determining the probable cause of the crash."
